This class has been developed by our very own Andrea (AJ), dance fitness instructor. It is a combination workout class to revamp your exercise routine. This unique fusion class combines three different styles will include choreography from Turn Up Dance fitness™️, routines Twerk n’ Tone Dance Fitness™️, and AJ’s own choreography. This class will also be featuring body resistance exercises. Join AJ for a one-of-a-kind session that targets abs, legs, and arms.
